how can i refund the asset i own?

It’s best practice to contact the Support team with your Unity ID/Invoice number of the purchase so they can look into doing this for you.

Most definitely. It’s also polite and shows you are genuine in your complaint.
Just let them know that you are approaching the Seller with your complaint and will let Support know if there are any difficulties. BUT do the wet work yourself by approaching the Seller at the same time with your refund request. That way most avenues are covered and you have done what is required. Good luck!!
