Asset Server is "grey" Unity 4 PRO Mac OS Lion

Hi! I just have bought Unity PRO 4 and iOS PRO 4.
is Asset Server available to me?

It remains grey in Window
And it is grey in Project Settings → Editor as well.

I have installed newest Asset Server package for Mac OS Lion - it have created AssetServerUser on my Mac but with password i provided during installation i CANNOT login under that account.

What am i doing wring?

In order to use the AssetServer you need a TEAM License for currently $500. You can then log into your asset server from within Unity. Also, you need to enable version control for your project. Good luck!
