I have been using the asset server to commit and update data for various projects with no issues…until today.
I am able to get an overview of my projects through the Administration button, as well as Show Projects from the Connection button. All of this acts like it usually did.
However, when I select a project for which to connect to, when I return to the overview screen it shows no connection data… as if nothing has been set at all.
I seem to have this problem only with this version of Unity (although before today it worked) as I have some projects on older Unity versions so I tried connecting to those projects on the same server and they all seem to work fine.
I have tried to locate and delete some editor preference file(s) as well as deleted and reinstalled Unity with the latest version but none of that has seemed to help in any way. My guess is it might be something to do with some corrupt preference file somewhere, which might be clearing the project-connection data but I am running out of ideas.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could try out?
I am on Snow Leopard btw.
