Hi, I have e-mailed sales@unity a few times about this but still no reply. I bought simple path off of the asset store for $80 on june 20. My account was billed and out went the $80, but when I finish my purchase and go back to the asset store to download it, it says that I still need to buy it. I have a receipt and everything, and proof that my account was billed if you want that too. I just want my money back at this point.

I’m not sure why your e-mails haven’t got through to the sales team but in any case, they are not actually the people who handle the asset store (they handle sales of Unity licences, etc). You should contact assetstore@unity3d.com about this matter.
I’m glad I found this post. Because I also had a question around the asset store and was flat ignored. Wouldn’t it be a simple matter for the people who get incorrectly mailed to just reply to the user and say “Hey, mail these guys. ? ?” does it really take a user getting pissed off to “maybe” get an answer as to where they can then get help ?
