Asset Store buying trouble

I have tried to purchase two assets from the asset store for the last three days now.
The purchase don’t finished, and cancelled everytime. Have tried to use PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.
And I can use alle these on other platforms.

I have submitted a support, but no answer at all.

Anyone with a good idea, why I can’t make purchase?

Anyone knows how to contact Unity Asset Support?
They don’t answer my ticket.
