Some items are for sale on the Asset Store with no additional license information provided by the seller. The same items are sold on other websites with two license models, one for small companys one for big. If purchased on the asset store instead of the independant website can they be used legally for any size of company?

If there is no custom license, then the default Asset Store license applies.
