Asset Store Manager problem

I experience strange problem. Every time I open “Configure Asset Store Package” window its start flickering together with main Unity window. (see attached image) When I am trying change “Category” or “Price” lists I can do it because coming out lists are flickering too. But I still can fill text fields.

As you can see on the picture,I have pretty much items already uploaded into Asset Story. Never had such problem before I installed 3.4 last Unity version.

Because of this bug I cant put my new packages in to story.

I have Windows Vista OS.

If I remember right I reinstalled Asset Store manager, which was old version.
