Asset Store Not Loading and freezing

Hi there,

For the past couple of months, my Asset Store has been constantly freezing, preventing me from purchasing or adding assets. It completely freezes my browser.

I assumed this issue would resolve itself over time, but there’s been no fix so far.

My internet connection is 100 Mbps, I’m logged in, and my computer has 32 GB of RAM.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Hi @jvtdai! This is not normal and it’s definitely not a common issue thus it needs to be debugged via customer support. Please raise a ticket, add all the technical details, your account info and mention that you initiated the talk on discussions and we suggested to proceed this way.
