Asset store on mac - slow, down?

Hi,

Since yesterday I cant access the Asset store and download libraries. The store is loading very slow and when I start to download something it just stays in “please wait”. Anyone else having problems with the assetstore right now, or could there be some problems on my side?

I am on a Mac if that could a problem?

I have the exact same problem on my non-mac laptop.

I have sent emails to support and have not seen any speed increase or function improvement.

Is there an alternate way to purchase and download items from the store?

A web interface might much faster as a backup store in for cases like this.

When I try to download things from the online store it only has a button that says “Open In Unity” and still opens the asset store in unity and that is the asset store interface in unity that is soooooooooooo freeeeaaaakin ssllllooooowwwwww.
