Not sure if this is an isolated issue on my end - or if others also experience this problem, which may shed some light:
-Do others have problems accessing your ‘My Orders’ page on the asset store? On the ‘new’ site design, the ‘My Orders’ page is just blank - never shows anything. It has been this way for months. If I switch to the old site design, the Licenses page only ever shows me one item (from the many I’ve bought, which have per-seat licenses). I have my invoices via email, but would still like a way to download them from the site.
I’ve tried on Chrome and Safari to no avail…
Anyone else experience this?
I’m not experiencing that exact issue, but I can tell for a fact that the assets I own aren’t all listed. I own a looot of assets and only a small handful of them are listed.
