Hi, recently I received an asset store payout by the wire. But unfortunately it was sent to an old bank account that I can’t use properly. I tried to cancel it and send back using the bank details that came with the transaction but it didn’t work and the money came back. My question is: is this even possible? And will the money get back into my publisher account? Or once the money has been sent there is no way back? And if it’s possible where can I find the proper bank details to send money back? Thanks.
This sounds like something you’d have to talk to the bank about.
