2 weeks ago I bought the Advanced Particle Effects package which builds to 49% in the store and then does nothing else. I have emailed support three times and also sent a problem report from the site. I have had no response other than the usual instant robot reply.
I really could have used those effects and can’t trust the store if downloads can fail and NO response given from the unity team.
I have been charged for the item and there are other things I wished to buy but will hold off until the problem is solved.
My invoice number was 200534086.

regarding asset store, sometimes unity does that, you send an email and goes to void, a way to solve your problem is to try contact the developer of that asset directly and give him/her the invoice number, because asset authors have a way to look up invoice numbers, i have never tried it before( im an asset author ), but it may be a way for the author to validate you indeed purchased the asset, and maybe he would agree to send it to you directly via email or something like that, thats would i do if someone bought my asset and had problems downloading it from the asset store
There was a problem that prevented users from downloading this package. This should have been fixed now.

Just to confirm that I did get a response today from Unity. But the the problem persists. It sticks at BUILDING PACKAGE 49% and goes no further.
