Asset store problem

Hi, I’m not sure if this is the right place to put it. I tried to buy something from the asset store which was only 45 and it was saying that the payment hasn’t gone through. I have heaps of money in the card and also checked that out so I thought I will do my other card thinking maybe the card I always used for the asset store is not working due to me not buying for ages but when I used my other card it still took the money out but it still said the same thing. I did this more than once and without me realizing it took the money out more than once so if I didn’t get the item I want my money back asap. Plus I don’t want to be paying twice for an item.

Hopefully, this problem can be dealt with promptly. And hopefully, I can still order from the asset store.

Tried express checkout but still didn’t work.

I tried my daughter’s card and it still did the same. There is something wrong with the asset store. It still takes the money out but it still doesn’t give me the asset. Thats 3 lots of money I have to get back.

Definitely start the process with an email to support at Unity3D. Nobody on the forum has access to customer data.

Yeah, I did but it’s going to be 2 months for a reply.
