Any asset store publisher having their sales gone from the publishers page?
I’ve just lost track of all my sales since July, including the October’s ones which have not finished yet!!
Any idea anyone?

Didn’t this happen recently? IIRC it was a display bug while the sales are still accurately tracked for payouts/etc.
I also October sales. 
No October, September, August, July, June Sales, I have lost all of them.
I can post screenshots, but they will be long.
Actually, it does show one giveaway I had, but not sales.
Same here: no sales since June 2017. Weirdly, gift packages are still tracked.
Probably they are working on it, so it is a temporary displaying bug.

Well, they COULD inform publishers about it somewhere. No unneccesary hearth attack that way.
Also, considering that they get that 30% it would be great if support didn’t take 2 weeks to respond along with 4 weeks to approve an asset.

I do apologise. I can confirm that this is an issue on our end & is affecting a number of Publishers. The Asset Support Team are aware of the issue & investigating as we speak and anticipate that this will be fixed in a few hours. I have been informed that there has not been any loss of data.
Please bear with us in the meantime. I am sorry for any confusion caused by all this. I will come back to this thread once I have an update.

Why aren’t you guys making a maintenance page for these issues, this decreases the report and increases the publisher assurance.
