Asset Store Purchase Not There.

Hi, I purchased “SampleStudio With Sliding menu” yesterday using PayPal. My PayPal account show the payment as completed, but when I go into the asset store I cannot find my purchase, and when I view the Sample Studio asset page it says Buy $30 as though I had never purchased it. I have logged out of the app and back in.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this?

DOES ANYONE FROM UNITY READ THE SUPPORT FORUM?
I have an open ticket with the support team, it has been open for 2 weeks, I sent an email asking for an update a week ago and i have not received a response.
Has this happened to anyone else? Am I doing this right?

  6. Post On Support Forum
  7. Wait
    repeat steps 4 through 7.

Hm, I’d suggest sending a private message to one of the Unity Staff/Admins, that might get their attention.
