Asset Store Purchase Not What Advertised & Refund

Hi,
I recently purchased an art asset pack on the store. Nowhere in its notes did it say that the assets weren’t suitable for mobile, and only discovered they weren’t, once purchased.

So what does one do if the seller ignores my request for a refund?
