Asset store purchases not showing up....

I paid through paypal just like every other time but this time I didn’t get access to them after paying. I have a receipt and all that I emailed to them, how long does it usually take to resolve this type of thing? I bought another asset since and it showed up so what’s the deal with the rest of the stuff???

4 hours after purchase now, no reply from support, I take it I’m not going to be able to use them today…

WTF, I have paypal and Unity emails from the transaction and bought something afterwards that shows up so why not the bigger package of items???

Day 2 waiting for my assets…

Support told me to log out and log back in and see if that works…W T F unity…

Just got to work after talking to support this morning, again they said to log out and login for the 3rd time. Still can’t access the items from that purchase…I can access items from a purchase after that purchase from yesterday afternoon but it seems to have eaten that purchase…

I can re-buy it if you guys can refund the first one, I’ll buy it all again right now…

End of day 2, still no access to assets from my purchase…no reply from support since this morning.

C’mon…either refund it or get it working.

Support has been talking to the asset store developers. There appears to have been a bug that stopped you getting the assets, and that has now been fixed. If you continue to have problems, please follow-up to the support ticket.

We respond as quickly as we can. I think expecting a response within 4 hours is a little optimistic.

lol even indian companies have live messaging or something when it comes to billing questions (or at least a phone number and business hours to talk to support to resolve an issue).

Thanks for resolving it, the items are there NOW, not last night when I went to bed, it wasn’t “resolved” yesterday, but thanks for getting it figured out.

I’m having the same problem after spending $751 in assets. I do not have access to download them. I am very unhappy with this situation.
