So right now there is scifi sale going on in the asset store. Only includes 100 assets. What the heck? I have $500 in scifi assets in my shopping cart and not a single one is on sale right now.
An added note. I’ve talked to the developers of the assets in my shopping cart and they wish they were included on the scifi sale and said they have no control over it.
You have reading comprehension issues I see.
I clearly also emphasize scifi and it only being 100 of them.
I’m curious someone that goes around the forum being so observant that you are. One would think that reading comprehension would be a needed skill set.
Right and I also used the word also in my last response. Meaning I recognize your point and also the rest of the details that you clearly ignore before forming your opinion.
Which we are now back to a 2nd example of poor reading comprehension.
@Murgilod I think I’m going to flag you for not being respectful to other community members though.
Cause members engaging in threads with hostile intentions is definitely something we dont need in the community.
I see you are very active on the forum too. Which is terrible.
Here are two responses I received. Won`t disclose the seller.
“Sadly it’s Unitys decision what they pick for a sale. I didn’t get an invitation.”
“Unity is not very bright when it comes to having a BIG sale. They think its a good idea to include 500 assets from over 40000 they have on the store.”
My largest issue with the latest scifi sale is it’s only 100 assets. Such a low amount and to be characterized as the scifi sale.
Ya free and a sale is so close isn’t. Plus as stated I talked to developers that wanted in on the sale.
Not to mention total assets to 100 assets that are on sale.
You are to focused on what’s in my shopping cart. I wish now I never would of mentioned that in my post. Since people are fixating on it lol.
I’ve roughly bought around $30,000 in assets in the last 5 years.
Budgeting is a big thing for game development.
I buy things all the time that wasn’t something I planned to buy due to it being on sale. Either some future game I may or not make.
My complaint is mainly the small amount assets that are on sale.
To have it my way I would rather there be no sales ever. That way when half the store goes on sale during the holidays you dont find out you could of saved a few thousand dollars.
No that the selection is so small.
But really if the developers have scifi assets in the store they shouldn’t need a invitation to be included in the scifi sale.
What’s wrong with wanting more assets to go on sale at a time?
Where is the line between discussion and complaining at?
Is this gonna be your reply to any post of a member asking for something they want?
I’m of the opinion that while asset sales are fantastic for customers they have little to no value for the actual developer because they still have to provide the support they would have already been providing but now they receive less for it.
No, it’s going to be a reply to this garbage thread where you are taking umbrage with the fact that the you’re getting 100 things put on sale for at least 50% off. This is literally you complaining because you aren’t getting enough money off.
