Asset Store submission problems ?

Hi,

First i’m sorry, this is probably the wrong place for this but i’m not sure where it should go.

I submited a package (UChartboost) to the asset store the “2013-02-17”, there’s almost one month. The status is still pending and the support is not responding to my mails.

So i wonder if there’s a way to know what’s wrong or if other users have this problem as i have more packages to submit.

That said i can understand if there’s some delay, but just some little news could be great.

never happened to me, as they responded almost instantly to my requests (granted review times were longer than said in TOS). I would suggest to double check the email you are sending the request from and mention as much info on the account as possible:

  • email
  • full name
  • submission date
  • asset type
  • pack contents
  • anything else that can be useful.

Do you get confirmation emails (the ones that say “we received your email, you’ll hear from us soon…” (or something like that)?

I think I would resubmit it, I had an update get lost in the system for a couple of weeks with it saying pending all that time, did an update to it and it went through.

I have the same problem. I submitted a package (Flow) to the asset store the “2013-03-03”. After waiting for 9 days for approval, today I resubmitted it. But got no e-mail about submitting and it also does not appeared in pending section. Never had problems with asset store before.

Thanks for your answers! I didn’t try to resubmit it as i didn’t want to flood them too much. But i’ll do that :slight_smile:

It’s probably a little bug/submit problem, in any case i (we) understand the work needed under the hood.

Well, resubmitted my package (an Android Chartboost plugin) a week ago, still no luck. I’m not sure I’ll loose my time anymore with unity asset store.
