Asset store Unity Pro Only?

So i was in the asset store window, and i was reading about how you can download the unity asset store tools etc. Thing is, in the asset store window, there is a link that says ““upload your best stuff with asset store tools”” but it doesnt do anything. There dowsnt seem to be any tools i can download. Is this unity pro only?

EDIT: well i found them using the search feature in the store , however , i cant download anything , says internal server error all the time.

Guess there are having maintenance atm.

The Asset Store is not Unity Pro only nope. But it seems that the server recently has some pretty ugly problems
