Edit: I temporarily fixed it by disabling DX11 after reading this
Here is what it looks like, right clicking gives me a list of “localized string not found”. The mouse cursor changes as I scan along the window as if it’s responding to links and text in the window but it doesn’t show them.
Googling the problem didn’t help neither did reinstalling Unity 4.6. I have Unity Pro on Windows 7 64bit.
I had this same problem. I checked my computer’s network connections and had other networks. Make sure you are connected to only one wifi network.
Also if you have a dual graphics (like me (low performance integrated intel and high performance nvidia)) I noticed when Unity is running on my high performance nvidia that the asset store doesn’t work, I have to temporarily switch to my Intel graphics to access the asset store
