Asset Store: 'Your session is too old'

Error: "Your session is too old. You most log out and login again to complete check-out.

This occurs when I add an item to my cart in the asset store and then view my cart. I cannot click ‘check-out’ it is disabled. I have logged out of and back into unity while it is running. I have logged out, closed unity, opened it again and logged in again. I have logged out, performed a hard shut-down of the computer, restarted the computer and logged in again. The error persists.

I have to say the engine’s user experience and interface have been more of a task than actually making something with it.

Where is unity storing the cache/cookies for this?

Same here.
Top quality store - literally unable to purchase anything.

Why is Unity even validating session length for purchases? =/

edit: the web store is working, so for now we can use that :slight_smile:

Relax, take a deep breath, and postpone your consumeristic fury :smile:

A fix has been released to resolve this issue. Please log out and in again, and the error message should be gone.

This was not a case of the Asset Store needing to validate the length of your session. As you may have noticed the entire log in process has changed.

Logged out and back on. Asset Store tab in Unity now doesn’t work at all. Stays grey.
Using Unity Editory 5.6.0f3 Personal on Windows 10 64-bit.

Just trying to import a package I already purchased, can’t even do that :frowning:

Do I need to do something else to get this fix other than just log out and back in? Because I have done that multiple times, yet every time I go to purchase something I get the same error.

Logging our and back in all the time is so very annoying and frankly makes me want to stop purchasing things!
