I was browsing the asset store and saw something I wanted so I clicked on the download and got a message that says I need to confirm my account first, check my email.

How long does it take to get this email?

For me I looked back in my e-mails and found one titled ‘Unity New Account Activation’ that I’d received at the beginning.

Clicking the link in that e-mail did the trick for me. Not sure why I hadn’t done it before.

I never recieved that email and had to have my forum account set manually.

you need to contact support for activation, i had to also.
