Hi, When I buy anything in the store, I will used “As-is” ? Can I manipulate objects, character,animation to my own liking? If I can manipulate them would I need Unity3D to do so? or use external app/tools?

You can do whatever your heart desires.
Once you buy it, it’s yours. You can change anything and everything that’s there locally within the Unity project.
