Asset Transfer

Hello, I have a minor issue that is becoming a hassle… I have 2 accounts.

I was locked out of one due to an issue regarding 2FA. The only option I had at the time was to create a 2nd account because I wanted to upgrade my license (the original issue took about 1 month to resolve and I didn’t have that time to wait)

So, long story short. I had a new account with an upgraded unity license. I started using that account and purchased some assets under the new account.

Instead of reloading my old unused account each time I want to use an older asset how do I just consolidate my assets under my new account? There has to be a way to do this without repurchasing all the assets again.

Any suggestions or solutions, please?

Normally you can’t transfer assets from one account to another. The Asset Store EULA makes that clear.

However, given that this sounds like it was a problem on Unity’s end, and they took 1 month to resolve it, they may make an exception. Email support at unity3d.com. clearly explain the issue, and provide any documentation you can to back up your claim. Good luck!
