AssetReference with ReadOnly attribute wrong in inspector

Unity v2019.4.24f1
Addressables v1.18.4.

An AssetReference with a ReadOnly attribute draws wrong in the inspector and is modifiable. I would expect it to look the same as a non-ReadOnly AssetReference except not modifiable. I should be able to click on the object and have it highlight it in the project just like a GameObject field would.
