The general advice to this is is one of 3 options, and it really applies to all of the skills required in game development.
Hire someone who has your missing skills, either as a full part of the team or as outside freelancing help(or some other arrangement). This route isn’t bad, if you have the budget, and is one of the best options when possible, as you get art for your specific game. If you are lucky, you might have a friend or know someone who will do it for free, but luck varies in this department, as do the skills of the people who would work for free.
Buy some pre-canned assets, from the Unity Asset Store or somewhere else. This option requires budget too, but not as much as option 1. The bad part about this cheaper route is that the assets likely don’t easily fit your game. And you would have to modify them, which requires some of those skills which you currently don’t have. This option also includes free assets, which can have different options as far as licensing, and of course some of the same problems as paid assets as far as having to adjust them to fit your game.
Learn how to make the assets. If you have zero budget and zero friends who would help you for free, than this is likely your best and only option. It has the advantage of being the one in charge of your work, directly. It is also free, except for your time to learn and time to create the assets. This depends also on your being able to learn these things in a reasonable amount of time. The quality level will depend on how far you have come in learning at the given time as well.
