Assets Legal Issue

hi all, i know this question have been asked alot of times in this forum but all of them are pointing to unity’s old
FAQ which said yes you are allowed to use standard assets for commercial purpose but i saw new unity FAQ
have some different words now , " Assets in our tutorial and example projects are well known and therefore we recommend you don’t use them in commercial games and content. They are meant to be used in non-commercial content for educational purposes only. The assets may not be resold." means its still allowed to use these in commercial game or they don’t allow to use them in commercial anymore just to clear my doubts since its bit confusing to me (m programming a RTS Game in Unity in which m thinking to use few standard assests)
Thnx in Advance

You can sell the game that uses the asset as a build game but you can not sell your project assets with this assets within.

Assets in our tutorial and example projects are well known and therefore we recommend you don’t use them in commercial games and content”. Basically what they’re saying is that if you use those assets, a lot of people will know you used those assets because they are well known. It’s still OK to use them as you don’t re-sell them, but it might look a bit cheap. Of course there’s nothing a new model and textures can’t fix

Yes you can use them in your game and sell the finished product, just can’t see the assets in an unbuilt game. The reason they include the well known verbiage is mainly for the art (graphics + sound) assets. If you re-use those in your game it’s going to look bad for you because people recognize those as Unity demo assets and not your own original content.
