Hello, we are getting analytics set up for our application and require the Raw Data export feature. However on the dashboard that feature is greyed out. We have a Pro license but are unsure of how to get it recognized by the analytics project since normally our Pro seats are associated with a machine, not an account.
Here are the details:
We are using an older perpetual license
The project ‘owner’ is our companies organization
The unity account associated with our Pro license is listed as an owner of the organization
Are there any steps we are missing? Is this issue because we are using an older license and not the new subscription model?
