I’ve been to a few of these same meetup events here in San Francisco and they’ve always proven to be great evenings. There’s always a great mix of people, if this event is anything similar folks should definitely go! 
Thanks HiggyB, yes I saw your meetup pictures in the blog and it is similar. I even meet a guy that work on iphone with unity.
