Audio guide for Unity?

Hi all. Looking to get more aquatinted with the audio side of Unity. Could you recommend any good guides/manuals specific to audio within Unity? Or any chapters on sound in more general Unity documentation?
Cheers.

I don’t think there is anything “in depth”. The basics are easy to find, so I assume you are talking in depth.

What are some of the things that you are looking to do? I notice you are looking into integrating PureData with Unity, I haven’t used PureData, but it sounds interesting, I will have to look into it.

This online course seems pretty tailor made for your needs. They have several on Askvideo if you poke around.

Thanks for the link outtoplay! I’m actually after something similar than theloadbang and try to create a context aware sound track for a scene. I was also considering Pd for the purpose and some other pretty interesting use cases. I don’t know how well the loadbang has been succeeding with his goals. Hopefully he will reply us with update what he has learned during these months.

Thanks to your link outtoplay I found the Tazman-audio Fabric plugin that might actually already be solving my problems. I’ll evaluate it and see if it can do what I had in mind.

The web tutorial series Game Audio 102 - Implementing Audio in Unity was a good basics review and nicely produced. Certainly worth of watching
