Audio Manipulation w/ Unity

Hey, all. So, I’ve been put to the task of making a game/app in Unity that takes a vocal sound clip from a microphone and alters it to an “ermagherd” sort of voice for playback. That’s evidently not possible with just the Unity audio options (note: no Unity Pro License). I looked in the asset store for an editor extension that might be able to do something of the sort, but as far as I can tell, there’s nothing. I’m very new to Unity, and I’m just wondering if there are any options available for audio manipulation. Am I just looking in the wrong place?

You can get/set data on an AudioClip and do whatever processing you like there, but you’re talking about signal processing, also a delay from input to output. Is’ possible but daunting without some DLL help
