Audio won't resume after phone call on iphone 4 ios6

hi!!! really need help… don’t know what to do… I build my application, for ios and android, an on android everything it’s ok,
on ios, on iphone 3gs ios 5.1 everything it’s fine too, but on iphone 4 ios6 don’t understando why when I’m on my application, and I received a phone call, when the call finish I came back and have no audio at all!!, this only happend on phone calls, I can minimize open other applications, my application have facebook connect, gamecenter, links to other pages, and everythings works fine, I can back to it without a problem at all, it’s only phone calls, and only on ios 6, all versions tested are exact the same. so really I don’t know what I can do about it… please reaally needdd help!!

forgot to tell, I’m using unity 3.56f4 or something like that (last version before unity4)

All audio or just MP3s?

yes all sound

edit:testing on unity4, and same thing happend…

test on ios 5.1, 4.3, and works fine, it’s ONLY ios6… please help

Are you playing video at application startup? We have received reports that sound doesn’t resume after call / siri interruption if video ways played before.

hi, thanks, finally a true and useful answerd, yes, it’s was, If my application reproduce video, I lost all sound after a phone call,
this only happend on ios6, are you guys planning a fix for videos?, I just updated all my licenses (unity, ios/android), to unity 4, thinking this was a unity 3.5 bug, but still are on unity 4.

Another bug I found, is on other device,xperia P player uses to reproduce videos don’t close after reproduce it, and you have the last video frame always over your app, you need to minimize and maximize the application to solve it.

I hope this help you guys and fix this issues early, I think there are really big issues to an quality engine like unity4.

At the moment we believe it is bug on Apple side and we have submitted incident for this issue. It is one of our top priority problems we would like to solve.
For other issues please submit bug reports and don’t hesitate to share case numbers with me :slight_smile:

I received some hints that issue might be fixed with iOS 6.1.

Any update or workaround on this?
