Auto arrange nodes, and other refactoring operations for Visual Scripting

Hi Everyone,

One of the cons often cited in the endless C# vs Visual Scripting discussions is the difficulty of maintaining Visual Scripting graphs. Coming from C#, I understand that criticism, as we C# developers have a plethora of refactoring tools that allow us to work efficiently even with large codebases.

So, I created a refactoring tool for Visual Scripting.
