Hi, i’ve created a building in autocad 2011 to use in unity, however when i import the building into unity the materials i have assigned to the building do not show. I have tried importing autocad’s materials folder into unity and this did not work, any suggestions on resolving this? If it helps i am using the educational version of autocad 2011 and the free version of unity.
Thank you for the reply, really quite new to this so have a couple more questions on unity’s materials, the only materials i have access to are the island demo materials and some of these don’t make sense like the water comes out pink? I’ve looked at loads of games people have made and they must be accessing more materials than what i can see and they look far more realistic, does this have to do with assigning textures? The building that i have made has a lot of glass obviously this is not showing in unity, how would i go about making an object look like glass in unity? Thanks.
