Autodesk FBX File into Unity Issue

Hey i recently bought a Concert Stage that was created in Autodesk 3ds Max, it came in a few file types but the one ive been working from is FBX.
I wanted to import it into Unity but when i do the Stage is completely Blue, if i uncheck the “import lights” option it stops but then it loses a lot of what its meant to look like. Is there any advice i could get on it?

That looks like a materials issue. Perhaps you imported a pre-URP asset into a URP project?

Create a new Material and assign it, and also reassign any textures to that material. You may find it useful to use some kind of generic test UV texture to the Material to ensure you get everything switched over.
