AutoDesk Files to UNITY 3D

Okay, so complete newbie here.

So, I want to create files in the AutoDesk program (i.e. Inventor), and I want to know how, as I’m no good with any other 3D modeling software. The types of files that I need to export are .ipt and .iam, but I would be willing to work with .idw and .dwg.

I am currently using the free UNITY engine, not Pro.

Any suggestions?

Unity works best with fbx, obj, or 3ds formats

Probably wanna export to a more generic format like SAT or something that blender supports since its free, import it there and export it to OBJ or FBX.
