Not much more to say than that. Has identified it as "Win32:Evo-gen[Susp]
Have been working with Unity for months, and 4.3.3 for weeks without an issue, so I’m nearly 100% convinced that this is a false positive. And after checking, the only thing I’ve found for Unity3d and virus had to do with (false positives on) the webplayer. This isn’t using the webplayer.
What’s worse, even clicking “restore” and “exclude from scan” hasn’t worked. The only thing that gets Unity working again is to restore, then stop virus protection. Not the optimum solution.
Clearly, this might be more a problem for an Avast board, but since others might end up with the same issue I thought it best to ask this question to provide a starting point. Thanks, and God bless.
