paint this map with a red layer, red is where should be collision, and then save only the red layer with transparency and use it for collision
How do I paint the layers or is there some other type of collision?
use photoshop or a paint program, its the easiest way to generate the colliders. Or you can place colliders manually just by adding invisible rectangles to the scene and attaching colliders
Ok; So, how do I add invisible rectangles and is it possible to make more than one collider or not?
Have you followed the basic 2D physics tutorials before asking here? If you’ve not then I would suggest becoming familiar with the basic of how 2D physics and colliders work.
Please define what an “invisible rectangle” means. Please try to use Unity terminology and/or be more precise. Do you mean a collider? A trigger?
2D physics wouldn’t be useful if you could only have a single collider so this is obviously yes. If you mean something else then please put some effort into elaborating on what you mean so we can better advise you. What you’re asking seems like a very broad question and quite vague leaving people to guess at what you mean.
Thanks.
No, I’ve not looked at the 2D physics tutorials, even though there are so many tutorials to choose from and I’m lost from the thing of painting the layers, so yes, my question could be vague.
