Bad lighmapping

I’m working right now on the “Next-Gen Game Development with Unity3D” tutorial.
I’m following it accurately, but I get this problem with lightmapping.

The original looks much better

Looks like a UV problem of the lightmap. Has your mesh “Generate lightmap UV´s” ticked?
