Bad Mess up in Blender....

So I have my low poly mesh, and duplicated it to do my sculpting before i unwrapped it. Is there a way I can still bake a normal map without starting all over?

Unless I’m misunderstanding your question, just unwrap the low poly now and it will be fine. It doesn’t care about the unwrap until it starts baking.

Normalmapping does not require a uv map at the high poly mesh. Just at the low poly mesh where you want to bake the normals to.

In case you want to do a full baking to for example bake Ambient Occlusion too there is still shrinkwrapping. Copy your low poly mesh and apply a few sds levels. Then perform shrinkwrapping at your sds mesh, using your sculpted mesh. Then do the baking at the sds mesh. Last step, transfer the texture to the low poly mesh.

Ok… Now I get a message saying “No objects or images found to bake to”.

Any ideas?

First select the high poly model then low poly.

Mhmmmm
