I don’t know if anyone else is encountering this but we are trying to setup our lighting in our scene and we are getting inaccuracies.

We always get stronger lights after bake which makes working on the editor very hard. Any suggestions?
Sorry if this is a stupid thing to say, but have you played with your ambient light settings? Maybe you could use a lower ambient light.
For the sake of the experiment we used black or no skyboxes to get no ambient light, trying to make this example as easy as possible to find out what’s wrong
