bake lightmap,How to choose the lighting

this is my scene,I want to make Lightmap,it’s indoor and not have windows。
Illuminate each room with Area Light。At least 3 light sources per room,A Reflection Probe ,and Emission.Am I doing the right thing? What are the alternatives,In general, how to solve this kind of lighting
