Anyone have any idea why?
It’s not the cleanest mesh, because it’s imported from CAD with complicated custom normals which means that unfortunately, I can’t touch the model geometry in any way or it will look messed up.

Tick “Generate lightmap UVs” in the mesh import settings.

Turns out that CAD imported models have more problems than that, though. Will have to run without baked lights for now.
