Baked Lightmap looks like a mess

Hi there,

i am quite new to Unity and I am currently working on a Aircraft Cabin which I modeled in Blender and imported into Unity (using HDRP). I was using Real Time Global Illumination before, where everything looks fine, but the performance costs are immense. So I followed a few tutorials on YouTube on how to Bake Lightmaps. But after the Baking everything just looks aweful, as if something has gone wrong with the UVs. There is no UV Overlap though, but when switched the Debug View to Directionality things are looking off, so maybe this is where I can start to look for errors. I added some Screenshot for better understanding, let me know if you need anything else. Appreciate all kinds of help!

Did you check the texel validity view? Do you see a bunch of red?

Since you say the directionality view specifically is messed up, maybe something is wrong with your mesh normals. Might be worth checking that.
