Baked Lights are dark | Mixed Lighting doesn't cast shadows for non-static objects

Hello!

  1. I have my point lights set to “Mixed”. Yet when Unity is done computing, some areas are dark, as if the light doesn’t exist. As the top image below shows. It should be like the bottom image – which shows when I change something and Unity switches to real time while it re-computes.

Why is this happening?

  1. When I do press play, the character (non-static) doesn’t cast any shadows. Again, all the lights are set to “mixed”. Should I be doing something differently?

Mixed mode isn’t working properly yet.

Dont expect mixed to EVER work for point or spot lights. Only directional lights should you expect it to work in the future.
