baking/recording Physic animation to a anin file in 2020 ?

HI what is the workflow to baking or record a Physic animation to a Anin file in unity 2020 ?

I would like to turn on Physic sim and use the animation on the objects (a car crash) and convert to a Simple object animator type animation

Use alembic or easier way i think would be to split the animation into like 5 frames or more depending how accurate deformation you want and capture blendshapes from those frames and activate them one by one when the collision happens

No I want to capture the Physic animation and use it in Animator, so i do not want physic calculations at run time, just want to run captured/baked animation in animator
