Banner ad works in unity but doesn't work in android phone

Hello,

I built an app and I placed banner ad in there and the test ad is working fine but when I build and run it to my phone it does’nt work, I am new to unity and unity ads and only today I filled the Payout profile and Taxes profile, someone knows what is the problem?

Can you verify that you created a banner placement in your dash board, and that placement is that same as what you are using in your script?
