Hello,
I’m trying to add ads to the app my company is working on and so far I have been able to add the reward ad and it works perfectly!

Now we are trying to add a banner ad and we can’t see any option in our mediation dashboard.
I saw here that unity mediation recently started to support banner ads and it’s in beta state, we registered to the beta via.

We want to release this week a version with the ads and I don’t know if we should wait for the unity team to process our request or should I search for another solution for banner ads. Does anyone maybe know how much time this review takes?

I can see now banners in the dashboard and I created one but I’m getting this error in IOS:

Initialization Failed: Banner Ad failed to load with error(UMSLoadErrorNoFill) : UMSLoadErrorNoFill : No line item could get fill!

Ok so I was missing the NSUserTrackingUsageDescription I added it and the banner started to show BUT only when I set the banner ad size to one of the BannerAdPredefinedSize.

When I set a custom size the banner won’t show up… any idea why?

@ronmar , which size are you setting it to? Some cases it will work, other sizes could be invalid.

It should at least resolve to the classic banner size.

Questions:

  • Which device are you testing on
  • Which ad networks are you using
  • Could you share your device logs when no ad shows up?
