Batches and Saved by batching

Hello ! Since static batching’s goal is to regroup as many meshes in less buffers to get better performance… I’m wondering if “saved by batching” is how many batches my game is doing right now, I mean, how many meshes I’m batching. So if my “batching” stat is bigger, my “saved by batching” has to be bigger too, right?

I’m not sure and I don’t have enough knowledge about this matter

Not necessarily, batching has some requirements. You could have 1000 batches and 0 saved by batching. Read more:
